About the Role

BOQ Group is seeking a passionate and customer-driven Marketing Manager to lead and deliver multi-channel initiatives for BOQ Group's customer Lifecycle Marketing strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning and executing data‐lead campaigns that drive seamless customer experiences, conversion, optimisation and deliver measurable impact to engage and retain our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and executing multi‐channel customer journeys that deepen engagement, drive product usage and customer retention.
  • Delivering against the customer Lifecycle Marketing strategy to drive innovation and strategic thinking to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure flawless execution of end‐to‐end campaigns across owned channels.

About You

You're a strategic marketer with a passion for crafting comprehensive customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and long‐term value. You thrive in a data‐driven environment, have strong attention to detail, and can use insights to shape campaigns that speak directly to customer needs.

You bring a robust mix of creativity and commercial acumen, with experience in:

  • Building customer journey strategies that deliver scalable growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Developing compelling customer value propositions (CVPs) and calls to action (CTAs) across multi‐channel campaigns.
  • Writing clear and comprehensive creative and data briefs, and managing stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborating with Product & Analytics to define data criteria and ensure compliance with privacy and marketing regulations.
  • Using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to create and optimise audience segments for personalised marketing.
  • Operationalising automated and trigger‐based campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
  • Aligning various stakeholder teams to enrich the customer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Running test‐and‐learn initiatives for optimisation and embedding best practices into future campaigns.
