We are seeking a Digital / Solution Architect to lead and shape our Modern Workplace initiatives. This role focuses on enabling collaboration, optimising digital platforms, and driving enterprise-wide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Copilot enablement across the organisation, embedding AI-driven productivity solutions.
* Drive Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategy and implementation.
* Oversee SharePoint Modernisation, ensuring seamless migration and adoption of modern features.
* Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
* Implement Power Platform governance, ensuring secure and scalable low-code solutions.
* Define and maintain a Digital Platform reference architecture aligned to enterprise standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
* Expertise in Enterprise Content Management and digital platform strategy.
* Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with collaboration tools.
* Proven ability to define governance frameworks for low-code/no-code platforms.
* Solid understanding of digital platform architectures and reference models.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and solution design skills.
