As the Attraction & Engagement Senior Associate, you'll play a vital role in advancing a business-driven early careers strategy by strengthening relationships with schools and universities, elevating brand visibility, and delivering a seamless, inclusive end-to-end candidate experience - so PwC can attract, engage, and retain diverse, high-calibre talent aligned to its target audiences across regions.

What you'll do:

* Support the execution of the Attraction and Engagement strategy, reporting to the Attraction and Engagement Manager.
* Provide operational support for either a North or South portfolio, encompassing multiple cities and offices, while collaborating closely with universities and high schools throughout those regions.
* Support the delivery and execution on the attraction and engagement strategy to effectively target, attract and retain high-calibre Graduates, Vacationers and Trainees from diverse backgrounds across multiple regions.
* Establish and manage relationships with high schools, universities and vendors across multiple regions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen talent pipelines.

* Experience within managing high school, university and society relationships (preferred).
* Experience in event management and facilitation (preferred).
* Stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent written communication.
