Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the daily operation of the pastry and bakery section.
You Will
Prepare and present high-quality pastry and bakery items within set cost marginsOversee pastry production for restaurant and conference & event serviceEnsure food preparation and presentation consistently meets brand standardsDrive innovation and contribute fresh ideas to menusMaintain strict HACCP and food safety complianceLead and mentor junior kitchen team membersCoordinate with stewarding and kitchen teams to ensure smooth serviceContribute to operational meetings and continuous improvement initiativesDemonstrate and uphold Accor Values in daily operations
