The Role:
* Leverage your networks and industry knowledge in occupational rehabilitation to identify new return to work opportunities
* Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation
* Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment
* Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
* Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
* Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body
* Occupational rehabilitation experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
