**The Company**
This highly successful, privately owned business is a leading manufacturer in their specialized field. By utilising the latest technology and design, in addition to superior customer service that extends beyond the standard, they have become a premium supplier.
**The Job**
This role will be part of the senior management team and will provide support and advice to the Australian head office and a small US office. Reporting directly to the CEO your mandate will be to manage the day-to-day HR operations for around 80 employee's, across a blue collar and white collar work force. Your key focus will be;
- Recruitment
- OH&S
- Performance reviews
- Succession Planning
- Salary benchmarking
- Review, update and implement new policy and procedure
**The Requirements**
This is a hands on, standalone HR role which will require previous experience in a similar position. You will be expected to lead and drive initiatives and take this business to the next level from a people and culture perspective. Tertiary qualified in HR is ideal and you will be able to be part of the senior leadership team and work collaboratively with them. A fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
