Job Description
SEO Strategy & Execution
Design and implement robust SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and boost conversions
Identify and pursue high-value content opportunities to support long-term SEO growth
Continuously monitor, test, and refine SEO tactics to align with evolving search engine algorithms
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to uncover growth potential
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven articles, videos, and AI-powered tools
Strengthen domain authority through strategic link-building and outreach campaigns
Benchmark against competitors by analysing their SEO performance, content, and backlink profiles
Track and report on key SEO metrics including organic traffic, CTR, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
Google Ads Management
Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and YouTube
Write persuasive ad copy and design visually engaging creatives tailored to target audiences
Implement smart bidding strategies to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation
Set up and manage conversion tracking (form submissions, add-to-cart, purchases) using Google Tag Manager
Analyse KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score to evaluate campaign success
Forecast performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration & UX Optimization
Work closely with internal teams to build and optimise landing pages for better user experience and conversion
Support the creation of educational and promotional content that drives engagement and sales
Technical Skills & Tools
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and Google algorithm updates
The Successful Applicant
Degree-qualified in Marketing or a related field
2-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital advertising
Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance insights
Detail-oriented, accountable, and self-motivated
Excellent communicator with strong writing and verbal skills
Proven track record of growing and optimising websites through SEO
A creative thinker who blends technical expertise with strategic vision
