As the Office Manager at our Mt Gravatt clinic, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Working closely with the Practice Leader (Physio in Charge), you'll help ensure the clinic runs smoothly while supporting a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role combines front desk leadership with operational oversight. You'll guide the administration function, manage clinic systems and processes, and help drive clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the administrative operations within the clinic
* Monitor clinic performance metrics and support achievement of operational KPIs
* Oversee billing processes including HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover and third-party billing
* Manage rostering, onboarding and training of administration staff – initially will manage one casual employee with plans for growth.
* Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, systems and clinic efficiency
* Support implementation of company policies and operational initiatives
About You
* Experience in a senior medical or allied health administration or clinic leadership role
* Confident leading teams and maintaining high service standards
* Strong organisational and operational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working with clinic systems, billing processes and performance reporting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with medical/allied health software (Gensolve highly regarded)
