About the Role
As the Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing end‐to‐end implementation activities across a range of Digital and IT projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful adoption and delivery of technology solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Technology, you will oversee project implementation, drive change management activities, and work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams to ensure solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives.
You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Day‐to‐day you will enjoy:
* Supporting the translation of concept ideas into practical solutions through business analysis
* Utilising digital tools to support project delivery while ensuring compliance with governance, quality, and industry standards
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with CSQ's strategic priorities
* Developing process maps and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
You will be someone with:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A problem‐solving mindset with a strategic and analytical approach
* Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast‐paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
You will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
* Experience with process modelling tools and techniques such as BPMN
* An understanding of IT systems, software tools, and process automation
* Knowledge of Agile tools and methodologies, in particular JIRA
* Experience working with Project Management frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
