About the Role
The Insurance Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Administrator in achieving core underwriting, operations, and administrative tasks. This involves collaborating with various departments to collect information for data entry into systems, identifying problems, and finding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist underwriters with inputting submissions into policy administration systems.
* Maintain renewal tracking, ensuring exceptions are managed according to deadlines.
* Process policy endorsements.
* Support the Senior Administrator in completing key tasks within defined SLAs.
* Assist in processing and updating policies and accounts to reflect current brokers.
* Support the Senior Administrator in training and developing future hires.
* Work collaboratively with other business units.
* Create and maintain reports and trackers on key tasks.
