About the Role
Orange Cyberdefense, part of the Orange Group, is seeking a Contract Manager to join our dynamic legal team in the UK for a 12-month period. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complex legal landscape of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Orange Cyberdefense Legal and Global Procurement teams in implementing the global regulatory engagement strategy and monitoring compliance by vendors and partners.
* Manage existing and new contracts, along with related documents, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations relevant to the cybersecurity business.
* Coordinate with sourcing teams for contracts signed by Orange Group or BuyIn to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information necessary for contract management in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Respond promptly to legal requests and inquiries from Global Procurement and other units, summarizing and communicating regulatory requirements clearly and concisely.
What We Expect From You
* Experience in negotiating and managing external and intra-group sourcing contracts.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance management systems.
* Qualification to practice law in an EU jurisdiction or the UK.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams across legal, procurement, and business units.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
* Ability to understand technical issues and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing sound advice under tight deadlines.
