Assistant Property Manager Join a respected commercial property group where you’ll support experienced Property Managers across a varied portfolio while developing the skills to step confidently into a PM role. This is a hands‑on position working closely with tenants, contractors, Facilities Management and leadership, giving you exposure to all core components of asset management. The Role You’ll provide day‑to‑day support across leasing, budgeting, reporting and compliance while maintaining strong tenant relationships. You’ll work across Cirrus8, support annual budgets and outgoings, assist with inspections, manage arrears and contribute to smooth operational performance across commercial, industrial and retail assets. Key Responsibilities Assist with lease administration, tenant communications and compliance tracking Support annual budgets, forecasting, outgoings audits and financial reporting Conduct monthly tenant and property inspections and document findings Liaise with Facilities Management and contractors on maintenance, fit‑outs and make‑good Monitor arrears, review invoices and action standing charges in Cirrus8 Support lease renewals, rent reviews and property onboarding Maintain accurate records, reports and audit trails within Cirrus8 and internal systems About You You’re organised, proactive and keen to advance your commercial property career. Ideally you bring: 1–2 years’ experience in property management or facilities coordination QLD Salesperson Certificate Strong communication, financial and organisational skills Proficiency across Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 experience is a bonus A collaborative mindset and readiness to learn Why Apply?
