At Health on Tap, we are changing the way people access health and wellness products through smart, automated retail. Our premium smart machines are placed in gyms, workplaces and wellness hubs, making healthier choices more accessible in the places people already live, train and work.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on and self-directed Brand Merchandiser to help keep our network stocked, visually sharp and operating at a high standard. This is not a desk job. It is an active, on-the-road role for someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in presentation, and likes working in positive fitness-focused environments.
Why this role matters
This role plays an important part in the customer experience and commercial performance of our business. When our machines are well stocked, clean, visually appealing and running properly, our partner sites are better supported and our customers have a better experience.
You will help ensure our machines consistently look and perform like a premium retail channel, not just a vending machine.
What you will be responsible for
In this role, you will work across our warehouse and site network to keep products moving efficiently and presented at a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
* Replenishing smart fridges across our gym, workplace and wellness locations
* Driving a company van to service sites across Wollongong, Sydney and the South & North Coast
* Merchandising machines and product displays to maximise visual appeal and sales
* Monitoring stock levels and recording inventory data accurately
* Picking and packing stock for scheduled runs
* Reporting machine issues, low stock risks or service concerns promptly
* Maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with site managers and gym teams
* Supporting warehouse organisation and stock management
* Assisting with other operational tasks as directed

What you will need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A full Australian driver’s licence
* Confidence driving regularly for work
* Good organisation and time management skills
* The ability to perform physical, hands-on work
Previous experience in merchandising, delivery driving, warehouse operations, retail execution or FMCG will be highly regarded, but it is not essential if you are dependable, capable and quick to learn.
