Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives across the public sector.
You will:

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 5+ years' of experience in related industry
* Proven Senior Business Analyst experience with a track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives.
* Deep understanding of Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, including their impact on structures, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
* Extensive government sector experience, with knowledge of policy frameworks, governance requirements, and public sector operating environments.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to translate business needs into actionable recommendations and clear documentation.
