Salary:$149,107 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role
The Performing Arts Coordinator, known internally as the Lead of Learning, plays a pivotal role in shaping the Years 7 to 12 Performing Arts curriculum. This position combines teaching with leadership and inspires students through the disciplines of music, drama, and dance. This position guides the Performing Arts faculty in developing and delivering programs that ignite imagination, foster talent, and celebrate artistic expression. The role places a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and maintaining high standards of practice. In this role, you will support staff in their professional growth, particularly in the development of Catalyst practices, and nurtures a culture where creativity and excellence can flourish. By weaving the Performing Arts into the everyday life of the school, this role ensures that the arts remain a vital source of confidence, connection, and community for students and staff alike.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
