We are an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies.**About the Role*** Based out of our Dingley, Victorian branch.* Carrying out preventative maintenance for our clients across a wide range of industries* You will be assigned a run covering an area of Metropolitan Melbourne with expectations to schedule, manage and carry out servicing of your assigned clients.* Reporting, recommending and rectifying defects found with portable fire protection to ensure compliance with specific Australian Standards.* Using power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers and blankets.* Using Field Service mobile phone application to plan and organise your schedule.* Providing excellent Customer service and advice to our clients on site.**About You**You have a customer service mindset, enjoy building relationships, you can achieve the outcomes you and our company desire.* Current Driver's License.* Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident.* A construction industry white card (or the ability to obtain one).* Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing* VBA Restricted Plumbing License – Routine Servicing Fire Hose Reels* An appreciation for excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with clients on site.* Good time management and organisational skills.* The ability to work away from home when required – Remote sites.* Be a proactive member of the team.**Additional Information**Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
