The role will provide support to the Asset Management Team across the day-to-day activities to ensure the proactive and effective management of the portfolio. • Provide support and assistance with reporting and analysis required across the portfolio including but not limited to; arrears collection, lease analysis, property management reporting (both financial and operational), agency KPI assessments, maintaining various asset registers (i.e. bank guarantee registers) and acquisition/divestment of assets • Assist with the management of the leasing process including deal analysis, preparation and / or review of key lease transaction documentation (lease proposals, disclosure statements, lease documentation, direct negotiation with select sitting or new tenants and management of leasing campaigns) • Assist the Asset Management team with oversight of the property management teams and implementation of tenant engagement strategies • Supported by the Property Management teams, drive the outgoings budget and reconciliation process and co-ordinate the issuing of outgoings budget letters on completion, • Assist with the preparation of annual asset plans and other internal reporting documents such as, investor updates, reforecasts, annual reports • Assist with managing and delivering capital expenditure projects to time and within approved budgets • Review valuations and assist in annual budgeting process • Provide assistance in driving arrears collection and ensuring the timely payment of rent • Maintain a fulsome and up‐to‐date knowledge of market trends.
