What you'll do:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on B2B accounts.
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling and following up warm leads.
* Support the admin team with order processing and handling customer service enquiries.
* Collaborate with business development and marketing to help convert leads and launch new products.
* Tailor corporate gifting solutions to meet client needs.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and report on key growth metrics.
What we're looking for:
* Comfortable with cold calling and confident in building rapport.
* Experience in B2B sales, account management, or relationship-based roles (ideal but not essential).
* Strong communication skills via phone, email, and video.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
* Positive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* CRM experience (HubSpot preferred); familiarity with Shopify, Cin7, or Asana a plus.
