The SHaPE Practice is dedicated to improving healthcare and public sector outcomes through innovative solutions, client engagement, and leveraging the firm’s extensive capabilities. It focuses on both payer and provider subsectors, builds new healthcare businesses, and supports public and social services, all while developing client capabilities and knowledge.Collaborating closely with the SHaPE Practice leadership as well as with firm Risk and Compliance functions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership requirements, including managing security clearance issued by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA), and broader risk management initiatives.Your role involves coordinating personnel security clearances, guiding colleagues through clearance processes, and delivering security awareness training while ensuring compliance with travel reporting and other requirements. You will develop and implement security policies, maintain clearance and security registers, and ensure compliance with Defence policies through reporting and assurance activities. The role also includes safeguarding sensitive materials, supporting data localisation practices, and collaborating with teams to promote a positive security culture.You will work closely with the Chief Security Officer to respond to security incidents, enhance security arrangements, and administer day-to-day protective security tasks. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving SHaPE-specific compliance by maintaining risk management registers, delivering training, and implementing new compliance practices.You will monitor adherence to public sector engagement requirements, such as Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the Department of Finance’s MAS Panel.
