Job Description
* Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression at the front desk
* Manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, assist patients over the phone, and process payments
* Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
Qualifications
* Must hold a current WWCC (Working With Children Check) or willing to obtain
Experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
* Confident communicator with high-level customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and proven computer skills
