The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Wagga Wagga team. You'll play a key role in providing organised and proactive coordination of the new vehicles for our customers and track the truck build process from order to delivery— ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless, professional, and on-time experience.
What You'll Do
In this fast-paced and rewarding role you will:
* Process sales confirmations and coordinate administration process, ensuring all sales administration, purchase orders, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain and audit stock locations, vehicle movements, and truck scheduling
* Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and weekly stock lists
* Coordinate truck delivery preparation, including pre-delivery tasks, accessory orders, and final inspections
* Organise registrations, trade plates and supplier invoices
* Liaise with our team throughout the process, providing build status updates, delivery timelines, and post-delivery follow up
* Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines, and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with the Dealership Team to maintain a "one team" culture
About You

* Enthusiasm, excellent listening, and great written and verbal communication
* Previous experience in a similar sales coordination or administration role is an advantage
* Strong administration skills with experience with IT systems
* Ability to report on sales data to support decision-making
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
* Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a talent for adapting to new systems
