What you will be doing
Our Support Workers put heart into everything they do. You'll spend your days visiting people in their homes in the South Burnett region (Kilkivan, Kingaroy, Mondure and surrounds). No two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.
You'll help with:
Delivering care that's tailored to each person's needs and Care Plan
Personal care, mobility support, and medication reminders
Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
Providing respite – whether it's at home or out and about
Lending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shopping
Offering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters most
For this role, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to customer homes and help transport the people we support in the community.
This is a permanent part-time position (52 hours per fortnight). We will provide you with a set Monday–Friday roster with hours between 8 am and 5 pm. We'll work with your availability, for example, a roster might be Monday to Thursday 9 am-4 pm.

Have experience in aged care, disability support, or community work – a Certificate III is great, but heart and know-how matter just as much
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle
Have (or are happy to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
