Delaco Panels is a growing Australian e-commerce and warehouse/showroom business supplying premium wall panels to retail, trade, and reseller customers. As we expand nationally and prepare for franchising, we are strengthening our in-house ecommerce and systems capability.
About the Role
This is an in-house role focused on Shopify ecommerce, systems implementation, and operational support. You'll work closely with sales, warehouse, and leadership to make sure our ecommerce and internal systems run smoothly as the business grows.
This role suits someone practical, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities Shopify E-commerce
* Own day-to-day Shopify operations
* Manage products, collections, pricing, discounts, and promotions
* Support B2C and trade / reseller workflows
* Maintain site structure, accuracy, and usability
* Manage Shopify apps and basic automations
Systems, CRM & Tech Support
* Support implementation and improvement of internal systems (CRM, workflows)
* Manage Shopify integrations (shipping, CRM, email, ops tools)
* Provide internal tech support to sales and admin teams
* Assist with system documentation and process improvements
Shipping & Operations Support
* Manage shipping rules, rates, and logic
* Support freight issues, tracking, and exceptions
* Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
Growth, Trade & Franchise Support
* Assist with B2B, trade, and reseller account setupSupport franchise readiness (systems, processes, documentation)
* Ensure ecommerce systems support scalable growth
Design & Marketing Support
* Update banners, promos, and pages (Canva / Shopify editor)
* Improve layouts and customer experience
* Work with the team
