About HSO
HSO is a leading global Microsoft solution integrator that specializes in providing innovative solutions and services based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
* Work closely with customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
* Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
* Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
* Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
* Run daily stand ups as necessary
* Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance
* Utilize HSO\'s proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMI
* Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field
* Ability to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotely
* Excellent presentation and conflict management skills
* Willingness to travel for project-related activities
* The right to work in Australia
