Driving communication and engagement strategies that bring complex projects to life Partnering with project teams, senior leaders and community groups Leading media, community engagement and project communication activities Crafting compelling content — media releases, briefings, newsletters, speeches and more Providing strategic advice on stakeholder issues, risks and opportunities Coordinating community engagement events that build genuine relationships Supporting media management, issues response and crisis communication What You Bring
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience delivering communication strategies in complex or high‑profile environments A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities Confidence working with diverse stakeholders — from community groups to senior executives Requirements
Class C Driver Licence + own vehicle White Card (or ability to obtain within six months) Ability to complete employment screening Ability to provide PPE for site visits Highly Regarded
Qualifications in communications, PR or marketing Experience in infrastructure, construction or major project settings Issues management experience and IAP2 training Social media capability Why This Role Matters
