Whats the role
As a Bank Guarantee Specialist youll join a growing team in Sydney thats building a centre of knowledge around Bank Guarantees and Term Deposits.
Youll be the first point of contact for new-to-bank and existing business customers helping them get started and stay supported.
Whether its over the phone or online youll guide them through every stepfrom general enquiries to issuing guarantees.
Full-time Monday to Friday hybrid work setup.
What do I need
Were all about people helping people.
If youve got the skills and the spark well back you all the way.
You know your stuff when it comes to Bank Guarantees and Term Depositseligibility fees rates and security.
Youve worked in banking before (bonus points if youve been in a branch).
Youre confident using systems like One Click RB SOL and Equifax.
Youve got a sharp eye for detail and thrive in fast-moving environments.
Youre customer-obsessed and love solving complex problems with a calm clear approach.
RG146 accreditation is beneficial to the role.
