Job Overview
The role of Early Learning Centre Administrator is a key position, responsible for providing high-level support across enrolments, compliance, communications, and day-to-day operations.
This individual will be the welcoming face of the centre, working closely with families, educators, and leadership to ensure the centre runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception and provide outstanding customer service to families.
* Support enrolment processes, tours, and documentation.
* Maintain compliance records including attendance, CCB notices, and audits.
* Assist with staff onboarding, professional development logs, and policy updates.
* Liaise with finance, property services, and other departments to support centre operations.
* Communicate with families via StoryPark and other platforms.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records. A warm, professional presence and genuine commitment to supporting children, families, and staff are essential.
Requirements:
* Experience in administration within an Early Learning Centre & hold a Cert III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education with strong admin skills.
* Familiarity with OWNA or similar childcare management systems (highly desirable).
* A current Working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one.
