An exciting opportunity has presented for an experienced Production Foreman possessing the skills to advise on all signage manufacturing and installation techniques to support staff with various skill levels, in all departments; to achieve the highest quality, value for money, completed signage - within the timelines advised.
Although this position is one of leadership, it will also call for the occasional "hands on" approach when required, therefore must have experience on tools.

* be able to ensure correct materials are used to complete the task to the highest standards

* proactively prioritise and support jobs identified as high risk quality issues
* act as a key point of contact for the team in designated areas for technical queries and work order shortages
* ensure the safe working practices of the team and assist in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with the OH&S policies and programs

Qualification and Experience
* 10 years proven experience in a production / assembly environment
* 5 years experience supervising trades staff (including staff working with wood, metal, vinyl, sign production, digital graphics, installers)
* Experience in reading and understanding engineering drawing
