About the RoleWe're seeking someone confident, fast and passionate about specialty coffee. This casual position offers 30+ hours per week with shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, high-quality specialty coffee
* Provide friendly, engaging customer service
* Operate the till and manage POS transactions
* Assist on the floor, including running food and maintaining café flow
* Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards
* Work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
About You
* Experienced barista with strong specialty coffee knowledge
* Outgoing, positive and customer-focused
* Quick, reliable and able to multitask
* Confident working on both the till and the floor
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
