The AI and Automation Officer will design, coordinate, and manage generative AI chatbots and automation initiatives to enhance teaching quality, student engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
* Design, coordinate, and manage generative AI chatbots and automation initiatives to improve the student experience.
* Integrate AI across the organization, monitor compliance, provide technical guidance, and work closely with academic leaders and digital services.
* Evaluate solutions against curriculum, policy, and accreditation requirements.
