THE ROLE
They are looking to appoint a committed and proactive Client Service Manager to provide vital administrative support to Financial Advisers throughout the end-to-end advice process. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, coordinating essential administrative functions, and maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver a seamless, professional experience to prospective, new, and existing clients.
* Prepare and maintain accurate, clear, and high-quality Financial Planning advice and supporting documents that are well-structured and error-free.
* Develop and apply appropriate financial strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
* Ensure compliance with Charter Financial Planning standards, regulations, approved product lists, and internal policies, while actively contributing to the Compliance Committee.
* Manage client enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Support advisers by preparing, reviewing, and assisting with client plans and documentation.
* Accurately enter and update client and premium information in the Xplan database.
* Research market trends and share relevant insights with advisers.
* Operate multi-line phone systems and facilitate effective office communication.
* Participate in training sessions, marketing initiatives, and special projects as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
* Strong interest in financial planning DFP 1 – 4
* Preferably working knowledge of X-Plan Software Program
* Proven experience in client coordination with strong customer service and relationship skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to diverse situations.
* Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prepare a well presented, client friendly Advice Document
* Ability to follow advisers' instructions while also critically evaluating and questioning strategic decisions.
