About the role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role: driving sales, supporting team performance, managing daily operations, ensuring a premium customer experience, and contributing fresh ideas to evolve how we connect with our customers.
This is a full-time position, with required availability to work saturdays.
Key Responsibilties
* Acting as second-in-charge (2IC)
* Creating and coordinating digital content (social media & marketing)
* Reporting on sales KPIs and ensuring store presentation standards
* Delegating tasks and supporting team development
* Uphold excellent customer service standards
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of store processes and procedures
* Participate in staff training and development initiatives
What we're looking for
* Full-Time Availability to work Saturdays
* Customer service experience
* Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools
* Strong communication and leadership capability
* Capable of performing managerial duties
