Procurement and Accounts Payable Officer

In this pivotal position, you'll oversee and optimise the procurement and accounts payable functions for all GSL entities—including Good Shepherd Lodge, Kerrisdale Gardens, Good Shepherd @ Home, SB Wright Therapy Centre, and our Allied Health services. Your expertise will ensure we secure the right goods and services at the right time and price, maintain strong supplier partnerships, and uphold accurate financial and contract records.

What you'll be doing:
Managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and compliant purchasing
Maintaining accurate contract, supplier, and financial records
Overseeing accounts payable—ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are delivered on time
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to support seamless service delivery
What you'll bring:
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a similar finance/administration role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
