Food to Nourish is looking for both part-time and casual team members to join our kitchen production team, 3-4 days a week. Our production days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (although some shifts are 7am to 4pm).
We create our own range of certified organic health food products and we produce health food products for other contract clients. We make all of our products in our production kitchen, this includes bliss balls, protein bars, protein cookies, baking mixes, breakfast cereals and nut butters.
This position would suit someone with a background in hospitality or food production, with a passion for health and nutrition. Food production experience isn't entirely necessary, as long as you're a hard worker and have a 'can do' attitude, we'll provide all of the training.
We are looking for team members that:

* Are robust/physically capable and are not afraid of hard work.
* Have the ability to lift 10-15kg.
Your duties will include the following:
* Food handling and preparation
* Weighing and measuring
* Finished goods packing
* Labelling
* Quality assurance – following food safety guidelines, HACCP procedures and maintaining NASAA Certified Organic standards
To be eligible for the role you must have the following skills/experience:-
* Food handling knowledge
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* A strong safety focus
