**How will I help?**

Reporting into the Portfolio Director, your will be a part of the PMO project team within BT Financial Group. This senior administration role will see you will provide high quality administrative and operational support to our Portfolio Director and Program Delivery teams. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you will be responsible for typical administrative tasks and operational activities, including personnel administration, diary management, and stationery and supply requisitions in a cost effective and efficient manner. You will also undertake basic financial management through the entering, monitoring and reporting of expenses and investigation of anomalies, and coordinate and communicate business initiatives, P&P; issues and general correspondence to the team.

You will:

- Ensure activities are prioritised according to stakeholder demands/needs, business strategy/activity and deadlines
- Set up workshops and "All In" meetings, including taking minutes of the meetings
- Support with PMO forums such as assisting with preparing committee packs
- Manage and coordinate IT provisioning as needed for new starters, including onboarding
- Initiation and coordination of all employee movements through the People Management system
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment, including use of the Applicant Tracking/HR System
- Process staff reimbursements and other expenses within policy

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience as a Senior Team Assistant or in a similar administration role within a large corporate environment. You will be flexible and adapt quickly to the fast-paced, ever-changing workplace, and have a proactive working style. You will also be confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business, both staff and clients.

Other advantageous skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management and presenting skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, including diary management skills
- Proactive, accountable, and able to execute responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality
- Competency in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
