Job Description
We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to work in the Rehabilitation sector in Orange NSW.
In this role you will manage your own day, supported by a strong, close team of healthcare professionals and global resources. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Your duties will include:
Case management with manageable caseloads, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to relieve administrative tasks.
Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
Working across schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
Assisting clients to achieve return to health and work outcomes.
Completing a variety of assessments – initial, workplace, and vocational – to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers, and identify suitable employment opportunities.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA.
Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Compassion, kindness, empathy and strong time-management skills.
A current NSW Driver's License; access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
