Commercial Maintenance Plumbing - Work on a variety of contracts
Your new company
You will be joining a Trades Services company and joining the plumbing division of their business as a Maintenance Plumber. This company has been operating in the Sydney Metro area for 20 years and services a variety of clients from the NSW Government, schools, correctional facilities, banks, large commercial offices and others.
Your new role
Joining the company as a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for a variety of reactive and preventative maintenance across a commercial portfolio and become an integral part of the business working on a variety of plumbing systems.
Your general responsibilities will be as follows:
* Performing maintenance tasks such as inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across Sydney.
* Carrying out planned maintenance, including RPZ and TMV servicing.
* Collaborating with clients and other trades to ensure quality outcomes.
* Handling admin tasks like quotes, purchase orders, job dockets, and reports.
* Responding to reactive maintenance issues such as hot water system repairs, blocked drains, gutter cleaning, and toilet repairs.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience working as a commercial Maintenance Plumber
* Strong communication skills
* TMV and backflow are preferred but not required.
* Plumbing Licence
* Cert III in plumbing
* Driving Licence
* Ability to pass a police check
* Basic computer skills
