The Opportunity:
As a Customer Support Representative & Storeperson, you will carry out the receiving, storage, and dispatch of parts for the branch, the role directly deals with the ensuring they receive the correct goods as ordered, in a well-presented condition, in a timely and efficient manner.
The responsibilities of the role are a mix of customer service, where computer literacy is required, and pick-and-pack tasks in the warehouse, which involve organising stocked items in our warehouse.
Role Location: Emerald, QLD
Roster: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday 8am to 12pm
Earnings: $72,000 to $75,000 pa + super + overtime

What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in parts operations/interpretation or a warehouse environment in the construction or mining equipment industry.
* HighRisk Licence - Forklift. (Advantages but not critical)
* Understanding of Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Management principles.
* Demonstrated ability to work as an active team member and without supervision.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
