We're looking for a Retail Operations Manager who is sales driven, confident and has a love for all things jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Streamline operations across multiple locations.
Coach and mentor Team Leads in each store to achieve store KPIs and sales targets.
Daily communication with sales consultants, to offer training and guidance on sales strategies.
Develop rosters, manage staff availability and approve timesheets.
Ensure each store is appropriately staffed, and recruit team members as necessary.
Analyse sales trends, store performance and turn insights into action.
Ensure store compliance with safety, brand standards and business processes.
What You'll Bring
Experience in retail operations (bonus points if it's in fashion or jewellery).
Experience in sales execution, sales strategies and sales training.
A flair for leadership and a love for motivating teams.
Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills—you're a natural connector and a confident presenter.
Tech-savvy with retail systems and spreadsheets.
