Stewart Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced and qualified Air Conditioning Plumber to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems (mostly residential with occasional commercial). Heating system installation and gas and general plumbing will also be part of the position.
As an integral part of our service delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers.
What you'll be doing
1. Install a variety of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems*
2. Installation of all types of hot water systems.
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on air conditioning and heating systems
4. Perform occasional gas and general plumbing plus more.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients throughout the process
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed
7. Comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations
8. Support the wider plumbing team as required
* Refrigerant handling licence can be obtained after commencement
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, including a Plumbing registration.
2. Experience in Air Conditioning as well as general plumbing.
3. Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of air conditioning and heating systems
4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
6. A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of relevant regulations
7. A clean driving record and your own reliable vehicle
8. Must have Australian work rights
