Bailey Nelson is recruiting for an Optometrist in our Pacific Fair store (Broadbeach), located on the Gold Coast.

As a Bailey Nelson Optometrist, your mission will be to deliver the best possible eyecare and overall experience to your customers and patients every day, and to hit exciting goals along the way.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality eyecare and an outstanding customer experience to patients and customers.
* Utilize equipment provided (including OPTOS) to support accurate testing and diagnosis.
* Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service goals.

What we need from you
* Experience – Must have 2+ years of experience as an Optometrist in a busy store/clinic with 20-minute testing
* Passion – A genuine passion for creating amazing experiences for customers, solving eyecare and eyewear needs to deliver outstanding outcomes
* Energy – Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business; adaptable to change; positive, can-do attitude
* Leadership – Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team with your Store Manager
* Effectiveness – Ability to manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
* Team – Strong partnership with your Store Manager to identify opportunities for growing the store via clinic and retail spaces
* Drive – Passion for achieving results through the clinic and store team
