Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify transport charges by querying invoices and following up credit notes.
* Liaise with customers, transport, and container transport.
* Reconcile pallet accounts by maintaining dockets and invoices in Excel.
* Verify claims / missed deliveries and stock returns.
* Proactively build relationships across sales admin, production, and warehouse to support production accounting.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience within the role.
* Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, ERP (Pronto accounting software experience will be an advantage).
* Experience using transport portals ie. Amazon, Toll, B2B, Sadliers.
* Experience using pallet portals ie. Chep and Loscam.
* High attention to detail, with good analytical skills.
* Strong communication and administration skills.
* A strong work ethic and ability to problem solve.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
