Workforce Intelligence Consultant
Contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in Canberra, ACT. This is a short‑term contract for a 4.5 month period.
Start: circa 16 February 2026
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing project and workforce plans to support the AUKUS IPO establishment;
* Developing placement and posting pathways and support mechanisms for inbound and outbound personnel;
* Developing frameworks and documentation to enable governance, reporting, and performance monitoring;
* Supporting knowledge management and transfer concept development;
* Developing placemats and dashboards for real‑time visibility of the international placement programme.
Minimum mandatory requirements:
* AGSVA Security clearance;
* Defence experience;
* Expertise in project management, strategic communication, strategic planning, workforce intelligence, market analysis and data modelling.
