This role focuses on data-driven monitoring and improvement of delivery performance and operational quality across Australia, rather than hands-on inspection.
Key Responsibilities
Data Monitoring & Analysis
• Track and monitor delivery performance across cities in Australia on a daily basis.
• Monitor key quality metrics including loss rate, successful delivery rate, and tracking gaps/delays, etc.
• Generate quality reports, analyse and identify potential risks
Quality Improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of headquarters’ quality improvement plans, covering delivery standards, scanning procedures, and customer communication protocols.
• Lead investigations into major incidents, prepare written reports, and recommend corrective measures.
• Monitor customer complaints and work closely with the customer service team to reduce negative feedback.
Additional Quality & Performance Monitoring
• Conduct compliance checks on delivery operations in line with local laws and industry standards.
• Ensure completeness and authenticity of proof of delivery (POD).
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and support initiatives to improve NPS/survey results.
We are looking for someone who is:
● 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (Data Analysis, BA) is preferred. Background in the courier industry is an advantage.
● Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.
● multi-task and ability to deal with complex problems
● Excellent communication skills for both internal and external
● Proactive, adaptable to change, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data analysis skills.
