About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Hosking's Jewellers, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. You’ll help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued, supported, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
* Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product advice
* Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
* Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
* Manage stock, inventory, and store security procedures
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Previous retail leadership experience (jewellery experience is a bonus)
* A genuine passion for customer service and jewellery
* Strong communication and people‑management skills
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with great attention to detail
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods
