Kanda is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Finance Team full-time in Bundaberg, QLD. This role supports accurate financial processing across our business units, ensuring timely reporting, strong compliance, and smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Process accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and accurate data entry
* Maintain and update client records across systems
* Support debtor management and reporting
* Complete bank and credit card reconciliations with accurate coding
* Assist with budget funding requests and cost centre/GL allocations
* Provide general finance administration support
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the organisation
About You
* Experience in finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing roles
* Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
* Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to learn new platforms quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills in a compliance-focused environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
