We are looking for a highly skilled Clinician to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in the youth justice system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical assessments and targeted criminogenic and non-criminogenic programs on an individual or group basis to children and young people in community and in custody.
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including case managers, behaviour support specialists, youth justice workers and our extended community and custodial operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based clinical assessments and targeted criminogenic and non-criminogenic programs on an individual or group basis to children and young people in community and in custody.
* Provide specialist clinical advice to case managers, behaviour support specialists, youth justice workers and our extended community and custodial operations staff to create best practice outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including case notes, treatment plans and risk assessment reports.
