Due to growth, we are recruiting permanent Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work within the community space in Adelaide. You will be using your clinical knowledge and experience to assess patient and carer needs for education and/or support and be an advocate for the patient and their family. This rewarding role will ensure care needs of patients will enhance and promote their quality of life.

As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you'll be visiting multiple clients homes in the community each shift typically 8-10 patients per shift. You will undertake wound care (including thorough assessments and regime changes), compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stomal care & aged care nursing assessments.

What we are looking for;
• A heart of gold - You care about people and have a genuine passion for nursing and providing personalised nursing services in the community
• Your skills on point - You are an Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration and bring at least 2 years' experience delivering top notch care
• Ready for variety - Every day as a community nurse is different - multiple home visits making your work both rewarding and dynamic
• Empathy and a valuable sense of humour - shifts can be tough but a bit of laughter and empathy goes a long way we want nursing professionals who bring empathy, energy, and excellence to every shift
Our frontline nurses work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm including morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) shifts with no nightshifts. Our supportive management team will work to accommodate preferences and requests and if necessary, can offer alternative shift times.
At Amplar Health work-life balance and health & wellbeing is front of mind. Our nurses start their shift from home each day, they have less administration as we are supported by a team of coordinators in head office.
