Client Services Associate / Client Services Manager – Perth
The Andersen Partnership is hiring forClient Service Associates & Client Service Managers in Perth. This role is for individuals with experience in Wealth Management to join expanding financial planning teams.
The roles offer exposure to all aspects of financial advice, including insurance, superannuation, investments, and collaboration with in-house professionals and specialist advisers.
Some of what you\'ll do
* Assist in preparing Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
* Liaise with product providers to gather information
* Prepare and lodge client applications
* Maintain accurate and compliant client files
* Handle client inquiries and interact with administration platforms and fund managers
About You
* Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) preferred
* Min 1 year\'s previous experience in a similar role within Financial Planning or Wealth Management desired
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Xplan or similar system knowledge is desired)
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
