Food and Beverage Attendant Role
At our esteemed hotel, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality. The successful candidate will be working in the Oak & Vine Restaurant, where they will be responsible for taking guest orders, accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
* Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options that meet the high standards of our guests.
* Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
The shift details are as follows: Shift times vary between 5.00 pm and 1.00 am. Occasional day shifts may be required within the restaurant. RSA and RSG certificates are mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
* A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* A current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification.
* A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
* Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
* Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
* Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
